These Terms of Use govern your use of the Lagaviti Word Add-in ("the Add-in"), provided by Lagaviti.

1. Description of the Service
The Lagaviti Word Add-in is a web-based tool embedded within Microsoft Word. The Add-in enables users to interact with and process content within Word documents through Lagaviti’s services.

 

2. Account and Subscription Requirement
Access to the Add-in requires a valid Lagaviti account and an active subscription. Users must log in to use the Add-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

 

3. Use of Document Data
The Add-in may access, read, and modify content within the Word document that you have open, in order to provide its functionality. By using the Add-in, you grant Lagaviti permission to process document content as necessary to deliver the service.

Lagaviti processes such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

 

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Add-in only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation.

 

5. No Warranty
The Add-in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lagaviti does not guarantee that the Add-in will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
Lagaviti shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Add-in, including any changes made to document content.

 

7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Add-in remain the property of Lagaviti.

 

8. Subscription Terms
Paid subscriptions are governed by Lagaviti’s Subscription Terms.

9. Changes to the Service
Lagaviti reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Add-in at any time without notice.
